The Bluwater Crossing team would like to thank the many people who joined us at the Carlsbad Village Street Faire on Sunday, May 3rd– the event was a great success! Throughout the day, Bluwater Crossing met with the local community and hosted a booth featuring raffle prizes as well as the latest information on Carlsbad’s newest live/work development. 

Now in its 35th year, the Carlsbad Village Street Faire hosted approximately 900 vendors offering everything from clothing, plants, home decor, food and more. Miss out on the faire fun? Bluwater Crossing hosted an exclusive event for all members of the VIBE (Very Important Broker Exclusives) list on Wednesday, March 4. As the first people informed about all of Bluwater Crossing’s news, information, and events, VIBE members were treated to a special tour of the development following hors d’oeuvres and drinks as well as a personal meeting of the Bluwater Crossing team.
