Bluwater Crossing Features 66 Live-Work Spaces for Owners on the Go
October 1st, 2007
Trammel Crow Residential held a groundbreaking ceremony for its first transit-oriented development in Carlsbad on Sept. 27. The developers of Bluwater Crossing said the mixed-use, live-work community is a good fit for Carlsbad.
“This is our first deal with Carlsbad,” said Kevin Andrade, senior managing director of Trammel Crow, during the event. ” …and hopefully not the last.”
Owners can walk to the beach to catch a few waves at 6 a.m., conduct a business meeting in their office at 9 a.m., and hop on the Coaster to make a 12 p.m. meeting downtown – all without having to get into their cars, according to Brad Perozzi, managing director of Costa Mesa-based Trammel Crow Residential.
